Save as a PDF in Word

One thing that you may not realise about the latest versions of Microsoft Word is their ability to save documents directly to Adobe PDF format.

To achieve this, all you need to do is simply select Save As and then change the Save as type field via the drop down to PDF (*.pdf).

You may also not be aware that Word 2013 can read PDF files directly and allow you to make the contents editable.

Just two of the features that you find in current versions of Word. If you use the product at all, spend some time looking around to see what else it maybe able to do to make your daily job easier.
