Root Cause Analysis

Recently, we have undertaken an even deeper commitment as a team to understand something known as the Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
RCA involves not only getting a better understanding of what is broken right now, but also why it broke in the… first place. Furthermore, what we can do to prevent it breaking in future? In the past month, we’ve already been able to identify and resolve a number of RCA’s that affect multiple NCP clients.
The end result of this is that all our NCP clients benefit from this and some of them might never experience the issues that others have had due to us solving it elsewhere first!
