The administration team at Correct Solutions has consisted of the same 3 ladies for the last 3 years – Martine Layt, Samantha Clarke and Julie Green. With the reception area being the first point of contact at Correct Solutions, it is highly likely that you have spoken to any one of us during this time.
In a nutshell, our primary role within Correct Solutions, as within many companies, is to keep our offices, both in Castle Hill and Narellan, running as efficiently as possible. We make sense of the daily chaos that comes with a fast paced business and help to tie all the loose ends together, making the bigger picture easier to understand for our customers.
Whilst we do rely heavily on cross training within the Administration team due to flexible working hours, we all have our primary roles to play. A typical day for our administration staff are shown below:
Martine Layt – Establishing and Maintaining Monthly Agreements, Admin Systems Maintenance and Accounts.
Julie Green – Human Resources, Accounts Receivable and Payables.
Samantha Clarke – Reception, Purchasing, Invoicing and Document Management.
‘We all enjoy what we do on a daily basis.
