Ben joined Correct Solutions in 2013 as Project and Cloud Systems Manager. Initially Ben was responsible for the team performing complex network upgrades, as well as looking after and developing the many Hosted Solutions offered through our Data Centres.
In early 2015 Ben moved into the Technical Service Manager role and is now responsible for our Helpdesk and Field Technicians, in addition to the many Projects undertaken by Correct Solutions.
Ben has 18 years’ experience in SMB IT support with extensive experience in the Legal and Field Service sectors; Ben brings with him the experience of having built two SMB focussed IT Support business’ both of which continue to operate after he has moved on to bigger roles.
Having this level of experience and “wearing multiple hats” in his previous roles, Ben was added to our Executive Team soon after joining and has been instrumental in providing a fresh approach to the future planning of Correct Solutions and ensuring we can continue to serve our customers to the highest level as the IT landscape evolves.
