We have a very simple partnership agreement that says what we will and won't do (like speaking with your clients directly). We also have a Non Disclosure Agreement that we both sign to protect each other and our clients.

Community Work:
Correct solutions helped start the Sydney SBS Users Group in April 2002, since then it has grown and in early 2008 became a registered association called SMB IT Pro - Sydney (www.smbitpro.com.au).
Both Ryan Spillane and Wayne Small have presented Small Business Server, technical and business related sessions around the world. Some of these include SMB Nation in Seattle (Microsoft Campus), SMB Migration and Tech Ed Australia.

Kaseya is some of the best remote management and MSP systems available in the market, Correct Solutions uses Kaseya to monitor and maintain our own clients' networks. For smaller companies the costs to get started with MSP systems can be prohibitive, there are several companies that offer hosted MSP systems on a commercial basis (and make a living from it).
We offer it to help give smaller IT companies the tools to mix it with the much larger companies (in turn that allows us to buy larger quantities of Kaseya licences which helps us too).
