    Correct Solutions is a well established and highly regarded IT company located in the Hills area seeking a junior support help desk person.

    You are highly motivated with a 'can do' attitude that will see you take a proactive approach to the help desk role. You will be rewarded with a supportive team who will support your enthusiasm to learn. You will have responsibility to provide first level phone support to our customers both via phone and over the web, remotely diagnosing and resolve the issues, performing scheduled server maintenance as per our operating procedures, assisting with the building of servers and deployment in conjunction with senior engineering staff.

    The best person for the job will have good knowledge of the operating systems and applications listed below:

    • Windows 2000 (Pro and Server), Server 2003, XP,
    • Small Business Server 2000/2003 (Std and Premium Editions)
    • Microsoft Office 2000/XP/2003
    • PC Hardware troubleshooting
    • TCP/IP knowledge (LAN/WAN environment)
    • Basic Active Directory Administration (a good advantage)

    To be suitable for this role you will be a team player with the following skills:

    • Excellent customer support, relation and communication skills
    • Good organisational and time management skills
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Pro-active approach to problem solving
    • The ability to understand technical problems and clearly explain solutions
    • Team and people skills
    • The desire to learn
    • A good work ethic
